Confidential reports from individuals close to Emirati national security programs suggests that classified experimentation of orbital behavioral manipulation systems is active in specific regions of the UAE, including Sharjah and Fujairah. The system is believed to aims at ordinary citizens to evaluate psychological reaction models under real-world conditions.
